approx 10AM: Chandani opens a case on Shanazar's PayPal account claiming that they never received the item.
approx 10:30AM: I call (416) 829-0732 that Ebay lists for Chandani Basdeo, a woman answers, and I ask for Shanazar (payee and addressee). She says that he is not there, and I ask for Chandani, and she says that is her. She explains that she used her Ebay account to bid on a game boy for her younger brother Miguel Basdeo, and used he father Shanazar Basdeo's PayPal account to make a credit card payment. I explain to Chandani that PayPal took several days to clear a check, that the account that accepted the payment cannot accept credit card payments, and therefore she could not have used a credit card to pay for the purchase. I confirmed this by looking at old e-mails from PayPal. I tell her all of this but she insists that she did not use a checking account and never gave any checking account information to PayPal, and that she used a credit card to pay.
Another inconsistency in Chandani's story is that she said that her account was disabled because she received 3 unpaid item strikes from the same seller regarding the same item, a hat. It is imporrible for a seller to give multiple unpaid item strikes for the same item, they are only allowed one per item. I told her this, and she insisted that she had received 3 strikes over the same item.
approx 10:45AM: I call back Chandani and confirm that the mailing address was correct, and Chandani confirms. I confirm with her that she will be closing the dispute on PayPal, and she agrees.
approx 2PM: I call back Chandani and get her voice mail, that introduces her as "Lisa". In the voice mail I tell her that I have not seen the PayPal dispute dropped yet, and asked her to call me.
6:59PM: The case is dropped on PayPal.

Hi this is Lisa Basdeo from Toronto. I'm writing to give my condolences to all you Americans that has suffered from this great loss. Please don't think just because I'm Canadian that I don't feel your pain. I have shed my tears and I feel greatly sorry for all of you. Those bastards that did this cold hearted ast will pay greatly for what they have done to your hpme land, your pride and your lives.
